Fossil Fair 2023

Members from the NC Fossil Club displayed at the Club's 2023 Fossil Fair in Hickory, NC. It was a fabulous success! The Catawba Science Center was so welcoming and kind to us, providing lots of additional volunteers, and a great space for displays including a large main room and multiple smaller classrooms to spread out. We also appreciated the participation of special guests from Smithsonian, Appalachian State, UNC Wilmington , The NC Museum of Natural Sciences, the Schiele Museum, and an Archaeologist from Exploring Joara Foundation. There were lots of attendees, and everyone had a great day.
